Im nächsten Jahr ist es so weit. Zehn Jahre nach der Veröffentlichung ihres Debütalbums "Slipknot" feiern die Chaos-Metaller 2009 ihr Band-Jubiläum mit einer großen US-Headline-Tour. Als Support stehen unter anderem COHEED AND CAMBRIA und die Jungs von TRIVIUM bereit.

Corey Taylor, SLIPKNOT-Frontmann, sagt Folgendes über die Tour: "2009 is the 10 year anniversary of the world's first taste of this band. To celebrate we are coming back out with a killer tour, a couple great bands and the same ferocity with which we attack life. We want all of our maggots to come and celebrate with us, because if it wasn't for you we wouldn't have been here for 10 years. Get ready for chaos!"
