Michael Bloodgood bestätigt, dass BLOODGOOD defintiv an einem neuen Album arbeiten. Seit "All Stand Together" aus dem Jahre 1991 hatte die Band kein neues Album mehr aufgenommen. Nach dem Split 1994 misslang die Reunion im Jahre 2002, da Bandleader Michael Bloodgood fast an einem Verschluss der Halsschlagader verstarb und nach der erforderlichen Operation ein Jahr nicht sprechen konnte. 2006 starteten sie einen neuen Versuch mit STRYPER-Gitarrist Oz Fox am Sechssaiter. In einer Mail bestätigt nun Michael Bloodgood, dass an den Gerüchten über ein neues BLOODGOOD Album etwas dran ist:
"Hi Georg,
Yes, the rumors are true, we are working on a new project. We actually performed one of them in Germany at this year's Legends of Rock festival.
The current lineup includes Paul Jackson and Oz Fox on guitars, Mark Welling on drums along with Les and I.
We are including Oz as a writer, too, so it will definitely be different but, of course, totally rockin'!

Da Oz Fox sich ab nächster Woche mit STRYPER auf eine ausgedehnte Welt-Tour begeben wird, ist vermutlich jedoch nicht allzuschnell mit der Fertigstellung des neuen Albums zu rechnen.
