25 Jahre nach dem letzten Album und 24 Jahre nach der Auflösung der Band wird für den Heavy-Metal-Untergrund einer der letzten großen unerfüllten Träume wahr. CIRITH UNGOL, die Epic-Metal-Veteranen aus Ventura in Kalifornien, wollen es nun doch noch einmal wissen und sind als Headliner der zweiten Ausgabe des nach ihrem legendären Debütalbum benannten "Frost And Fire"-Festivals bestätigt, das vom 07.-09.10.2016 in Ventura, der Heimatstadt der Band, stattfinden wird.
Als weitere illustere Gäste des Festivals sind unter anderem OMEN, MIDNIGHT, ASHBURY und SLOUGH FEG benannt. Die Tickets gibt es für die Tage 1 und 3 über Night Demon zu beziehen und für Tag 2 (an dem Cirith Ungol spielt) über TicketFly.
Da überlegt sich selbst ein großer Flugmuffel wie der Unterzeichner, seine Prinzipien über Bord zu werfen, und viele Fans hoffen darauf und rechnen damit, dass sich schon bald auch ein Gastspiel in Deutschland anbahnen möge.

Last year's event sold out with only two months of notice, so we decided to step it up a notch for all of you. We understand people need time to make travel plans, so here is the entire lineup with ticket links - 8 months - prior to the event. We will be announcing two more bands in the months to come. This is also extra special of course because of the rebirth of Cirith Ungol. They are representing in their hometown of Ventura, CA with this come back show. The fans have cried for it for nearly the last twenty five years. This is for all of you. Thanks for the support in the past and in the future.
