Die aus West Viriginia stammende Thrashformation BYZANTINE hat mit "Oblivion Beckons" ein neues Album am Start. Für das Cover zeichnet Donnie Searls verantwortlich, der auch schon die "Salvation"-DVD mitgestaltet hat. Der Nachfolger des 2005er Werks "... And The Shall Take Up Serpents" soll im September über Prosthetic Records erscheinen.
