Die finnischen Progressive Deather CRYSTALIC bieten ihr zweites Album "Persistence" auf ihrer Website zum kostenlosen Download an.
Frustriert über die lang dauernde Suche nach einer Plattenfirma, die die seit 1998 aktive Band unter Vertrag nimmt (die Suche zog sich über ein ganzes Jahr hin) hat sich die Band nun dazu entschlossen, das Album in Eigenregie zu veröffentlichen. Die Angebote der Plattenfirmen seien nämlich ein "..totaler Rip-off auf Kosten der Band..." gewesen.

"...The name of the album is an indication of the last 3 years that we have managed to pull through after a near break-up and the difficult process of recording, which took almost 2 years, 3 studios and a vocalist change in the middle of it all. This album is dedicated to all of our fans, who believe in this band and to all people who fight for their dreams and never give up! So without further ado..
