MILITIA (US): Schlagzeug und Gitarren sind aufgenommen

Die US-Metaller/Thrasher MILITIA aus Texas haben Neuigkeiten für die Underground-Gemeinde: Das zweite Album "A Call To Arms" nähert sich langsam aber sicher der Zielgeraden. Die Aufnahmen begannen im Februar 2011. Das Schlagzeug ist komplett im Kasten sowie fast alle Gitarrenspuren. Der Bass wird diese Woche aufgenommen, ebenso wie die Gitarrensoli.
MILITIA gehen davon aus, dass die Aufnahmen Ende April 2011 abgeschlossen sein werden. Eine Veröffentlichung von "A Call To Arms" kann für den Sommer 2011 erwartet werden. Mindestens eines der Stücke soll vorab als Stream auf der MySpace-Seite der Band vor der VÖ hochgeladen werden.

"....A Call To Arms" will feature 11 new songs that contain a perfect blend of Thrash, Melodic, Power and Progressive Metal, and promises to pick up where Militia left off. The music for the new songs was written by the creative core of Militia's foundational sound, original guitarists Tony Smith & Jesse Villegas. We all look very forward to introducing the Metal world to the latest chapter of Militia!!
