Kaum haben SUFFOCATION ihr Studioalbum "Blood Oath" bei Nuclear Blast veröffentlicht, da ist bereits ein neuer Release der Deather im Anflug.
Am 02.11.2009 wird die erste Live-Scheibe der Band erscheinen. "The Close Of A Chapter: Live In Quebec City" erscheint beim früheren Label der Band, Relapse Records.
